Spring and two bright faces.

The Sun is rising higher. Daytime is getting longer. Spring bulbs are in bloom.I have heard the first Great woodpecker drumming three days ago. Everything looks cheerful here in Canterbury.

Primula denticulata, I grew it from seeds. 

We have been busy listing our ceramics on eBay. We found that we could reach our customers better on eBay than Etsy, perhaps because ceramics are heavy and expensive items to ship abroad, and our customers are both males and females. Etsy members seem to me predominantly females. And I saw a statistic showing that eBay is the most visited online retailer in UK. So here we go! 

Do you remember these two girls?  The photo looked a bit spooky, but they actually looked like this before final firing.

But, after firing, they became like these! Bright!

Barclay Blue eyes!

 

Pale green eyes.

 Pink slip glaze became somehow coral pink. Sometimes red pigment gets burnt. Although I requested them to be on a cooler shelf, I have no control of the kiln. So I don't know what had happened to them. They are on eBay, right now.

  This little doggy wants to have Pumpkin's egg! No, I ate it as an omelet.
